Dan Fletcher is the Co-Founder of Loft 2 Tower, and a member of the firm's executive committee. He Co-Founded Loft 2 Tower in 2014. Dan began his career trading commodities across numerous markets around the world. He spent most of the last decade in South East Asia building his global network of HNWI's. Dan is a real estate entrepreneur specializing in real estate private equity, asset management, hospitality and development.

Dan has always had a strong infatuation with architecture and design since a young age and could look at any asset and immediately envision how to add value to maximize potential. This led him to real estate private equity and groomed him with the ability to seek out and structure great opportunities.

Dan founded the private equity firm, DF Capital in 2006 to take full advantage of his global network to capitalize on private equity opportunities. In addition to sharing responsibility for investment strategy, he focuses on creating opportunities and developing relationships.

David Rabinowitz is the Co-Founder of Loft 2 Tower, and a member of the firm's executive committee. He Co-Founded Loft 2 Tower in 2014. David began his career in 2000 where he held various positions. Currently David is the CFO of his families real estate firm, which dates back to 1958. Subsequently, served as Management coordinator until 2008, then as Senior Vice President of Business Development until 2011 and then as Chief Financial Officer. His knowledge in real estate is ingrained in him from childhood. He has been responsible for maximizing his family's holdings and acquisitions over the past 15 years. Managing over 3000 apartments hands on, while over seeing the entire management team. He also was very instrumental helping to start and grow a number of the firm's businesses including opportunistic real estate, private equity, net lease real estate, and RMBS. Within private equity, David has focused in particular on investments in the specialty finance area including Value Added, Distressed Properties, Equity Buyouts and 10-31 Exchanges.

David has directed the transactions in management, underwriting, analysis, compliance and due diligence on over 2.6 million square feet of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial real estate. David owns and manages properties in all real estate sectors, including Retail, Office, Industrial, Residential & Hospitality. David has years of experience in real estate investing, commercial real estate, land development, construction and lending.

David leads by example, with deep involvement in multiple non-profits, assistance, abuse, addiction and needy organizations. Dedicating both precious time and money to serve the society at large, while he personally volunteers and goes into the field with the people who need it most.

Ashley has over 30 years of sales experience which has taught her the value of honest communication. Her emphasis to detail, follow-up and customer service has been the distinguishing difference in her repeat and referral business. Ashley is a native of Southern California with ties to the East Coast for over 10 years.

Ashley focuses on commercial real estate and business transactions. She regularly counsels clients in commercial business development matters and in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily, industrial and residential properties, as well as the master and special servicing of securitized and non-securitized loans, including loan assumptions, workouts, foreclosures, receiverships and REO dispositions

Greg has over 18 years in real estate sales and is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and asset management. Prior to that he worked in public accounting for two years where he served clients involved in real estate construction and development. Greg also worked as a Controller for a property management firm. Greg earned his M.B.A. in Real Estate Development.
